We gather to connect, support each other and grow. Come as you are, and leave room for others to be themselves.
No discrimination, aggression or belittling. Disagreement is fine — through respectful dialogue. Any form of harassment is grounds for refusal of participation without refund.
What you hear at a gathering stays inside. Don't repeat others' stories outside the circle. Photos for publishing — only with the explicit consent of everyone in the frame.
Your spot is reserved after payment via Vipps within 48 hours of registration. Without payment, the spot goes to the next person on the list.
If you can't make it — write to us at least 48 hours before the event, and we'll refund or move it to the next event. Later — payment isn't refunded, because the spot is already prepared.
Active promotion of products or services during a gathering isn't welcome — it's not our format. The exception is invited hosts and co-organisers. That said, we warmly encourage networking: exchanging contacts, recommendations, support in business and life are very welcome.
The community does not support MLM, network marketing, financial pyramids or pushy sales. Recruiting participants (overt or covert) and promoting such schemes inside Femme Community is strictly prohibited.
Our circle is mostly women 25 and over — that's the natural tone of our gatherings. It's not a strict rule: if you're younger and Femme Community resonates with you, write to us, we'll get to know each other and decide together.
We reserve the right to refuse participation without explanation if behaviour doesn't fit the spirit of the community. This is rare and always a considered decision.
Each participant attends voluntarily and is responsible for her own health and safety. Femme Community is not responsible for personal belongings or for interactions between participants outside of events.
