Femme Community Oslo is a small community in Oslo. The data controller is Khrystyna Tailiieva, the founder. For any data-related questions, write to hello@femmecommunity.no.
When you register for an event, we receive your name, email and (optionally) phone. When you subscribe to the newsletter — name and email.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive technical data from your browser (page visits, anonymised device info) via the Meta Pixel. See the "Cookies & tracking" section below.
Only one cookie is set by default: NEXT_LOCALE (strictly necessary, remembers your language choice). It has no analytics purpose and doesn't leave this site.
With your consent we also load the Meta Pixel (Facebook), which sets _fbp in your browser and sends anonymised events (such as page views) to Meta. We use this only to measure how our paid social ads perform. You can accept, reject, or change your choice anytime via the banner or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Name and email are used to confirm your registration, send event details and reach out if anything changes. Newsletter subscribers receive announcements about upcoming gatherings every couple of weeks. Nothing else.
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is given when you submit a form — no checkbox, no submission. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Event registrations and newsletter sign-ups are written to Google Sheets — Google acts as the data processor under its DPA. Only Christina can access the sheet. We don't sell data.
If you've accepted analytics cookies, anonymised browsing data is also sent to Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook) via the Meta Pixel to measure how our social-media ads perform. You can revoke this anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Event registrations are deleted 12 months after the event. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — just write.
Under GDPR and the Norwegian personopplysningsloven you have the right to: request a copy of your data; correct inaccuracies; delete it; restrict processing; receive it in a machine-readable form; withdraw consent. To exercise any of these — write to hello@femmecommunity.no and we'll respond within 30 days.
You can ask us at any time to delete all your data. Send a request to hello@femmecommunity.no — include the email you used to register or subscribe. We will delete everything we hold, in line with your request and applicable law, and confirm once it's done.
If you believe we're mishandling your rights, you can file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
The site runs on HTTPS. Access to Google Sheets is protected by two-factor authentication. There's no login on the site — we don't store passwords.
If something changes, we update the date at the top. We let subscribers know about substantive changes in advance.
