Open gatherings
Easy formats — coffee, bubbles, walks around the city. We meet, talk and take our time. Small circles, so every woman gets a turn to speak.
Femme Community is a home for women living in Oslo — a place to exhale, be understood and move forward together.
It started with a simple idea: we missed conversations in our own language, with women who understand without explanations. One coffee turned into a circle, the circle turned into a community. Today we gather regularly — in cafés, living rooms and walking paths around the city.
We are not a networking club, and we are not a support group — we are somewhere in between. Warmth, honesty and mutual respect hold us together. Every woman who joins brings her own story, and the circle grows wider.
Every gathering is carefully put together — the atmosphere, the people, the specialists we invite. There are two core formats.
Easy formats — coffee, bubbles, walks around the city. We meet, talk and take our time. Small circles, so every woman gets a turn to speak.
We go as a group to what interests us right now — ceramics, yoga, wine, art, beauty, therapy. Always with a trusted invited guide.
During a gathering we don't encourage active self-promotion — the only exception is a co-host of the event. We do warmly welcome networking, exchanging contacts and real mutual help in business, in work and in life. What matters is that the conversation stays alive, and the support stays honest.
If you've been looking for your people in Oslo — this is an open door. Check the upcoming meetups, pick one that resonates with you, and come. You don't need to know anyone beforehand. We all started as someone new.
